Appliance light bulbs from US brands and US-based sellers

7 US brands and sellers surfaced here at $4.82 to $20.78, each verified from Amazon's own published seller info. Last verified August 16, 2026.

An appliance bulb has to survive heat, cold, and vibration that a regular household bulb never sees, so the glass, base, and internal wiring all need to be built for that. The cheap versions use standard bulb parts stuffed into an appliance-shaped shell, and they fail exactly where it matters: inside a hot oven or a rattling fridge compressor cycle.

What to look for in a good appliance light bulb

  • Heat rating on the glass. An oven bulb needs to state a rating up to around 500Β°F, not just 'appliance use', because standard glass can craze or shatter at range temperatures.
  • Base size and thread. Fridge and microwave sockets use specific base sizes like A15 with a candelabra or intermediate base, and a loose or oversized base means flicker or a bulb that won't seat.
  • Vibration-tolerant filament or LED mount. A refrigerator compressor cycles on and off constantly, and a cheap bulb's internal mount will loosen or short out faster than one built with a soldered or braced connection.
  • Price as a signal. Verified sellers in this space run about $5 to $22 depending on wattage and style, so anything priced well under that is cutting corners somewhere you can't see.

Suggested, not verified. These names came from an AI suggestion, not from our data. We only call a brand US after checking the seller's registered address on its Amazon seller page. Amazon is the seller on these, so its seller page can't tell us who the brand is.
