Drywall anchors from US brands and US-based sellers

6 US brands and sellers surfaced here at $3.90 to $37.44, each verified from Amazon's own published seller info. Last verified August 16, 2026.

A drywall anchor lives or dies on the metal or nylon it's molded from and the load rating stamped on the package. The throwaway versions use brittle plastic that strips out under a picture frame, let alone a shelf, and they shave the price by leaving off the screw you need to actually use them.

What to look for in a good drywall anchor

  • Check the load rating. A legitimate anchor lists a weight capacity in pounds on the packaging, not just 'heavy duty' in the title.
  • Metal vs. plastic threads. Self-drilling anchors with zinc or steel threads bite into drywall paper and hold; thin injection-molded plastic threads round off before they seat.
  • Screws included. Anchors sold with a matched screw save you from guessing a size that strips the anchor's inner threads.
  • Price as a signal. Verified US sellers in this category run about $4 to $36; anything priced below that floor is usually cutting the wall thickness or the metal gauge to get there.

We read each seller's registered country from Amazon's own published seller info. We don't claim anything here is manufactured in the US, only that you're buying from a US brand or a US-based seller.
